After being rescued by Leston Mulli, the Ghanaian artist Jay Tomson who came to Malawi to perform on New Year's Eve in Lilongwe & got stranded for over a week after DJ Scarpper, the organiser failed to pay him, spits alot of fire after getting home.
After the Malawi business magnet, Mulli helped the artist with money to get back home in Ghana, the artist now has the guts to boast on facebook that he's got money, he lives a better life than DJ Scarpper from what he saw & added that he is too big for DJ Scarpper to handle ( as a result of failing to pay him). Also spat on Nyasa Times accusing the online publisher of writing a false story about him.
According to Jay Tomson's facebook account. We qoute: Hey am better of in ghana i dnt lack anything i have my own job and team company here i leave here better off than even the dj himslf am too big for him to handle me it a fact i raise my own money here ghana nayasa time check ur fact plsee very soon i will publshed the fact on line afta talkn with my mangement and beside u must do ur check on both side do gud jurnalisim and stop talkn bad abt me and mulli brothers.
From Khunation's point of view, should we say the artist deliberately allowed himself to get stuck somewhere far from home for over a week when he's got alot of money back home? Is he professional, for coming to Malawi from Ghana without getting an advanced part of his payment as all artists do? How did he trust DJ Scarpper? These are some of the questions that we can ask.
